Miss Juanita Loving
Miss Juanita Loving was a teacher who was well-known for her world travels as a volunteer for the Baptist Foreign Mission Board. Her travels took her to 48 countries, but most of her mission work was in central and South America. During her travels, she was in Mexico City a few days after a major earthquake, in El Salvador during a civil war and Afghanistan during the Russian takeover. Miss Loving also compiled a detailed history of Morristown's First Baptist Church and secured pictures of all its former buildings and most of its pastors.
