Holston Gases, Inc. is one of the largest independent suppliers of industrial, medical, propane and beverage gases in the United States. Holston Gases Inc., Morristown Division recognizes the importance of civic responsibility and good citizenship and wishes to encourage these qualities in the students who will benefit from this scholarship. Holston Gases, Inc. is owned by Bill Baxter, former commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, who has taken a personal interest in both crafting and funding the Holston Gases Endowed Scholarship.
