H. David and Sharon Hayes
The H. David and Sharon Hayes Scholarship was established by Walters State Foundation trustee H. David Hayes and his wife Sharon Hayes. Mr. Hayes currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Walters State Foundation. Sharon Hayes graduated from Walters State in 1979 with a degree in business management. Since 2007, she has served as the coordinator of Volunteer Services at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. In 2015, Sharon was honored with the Walters State Distinguished Alumni in Community and/or Volunteer Service award for her extensive volunteer and community service.
